Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Platform is operated by Ticket Hero (“Ticket Hero”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You can reach us at support@ticket-hero.net.

2. Definitions

• “Organizer” — the company or person that creates and runs an event and sells tickets to it through the Platform.
• “Attendee” or “Buyer” — a person who purchases or holds a ticket to an event.
• “Ticket” — the right to attend an event, sold by an Organizer.
• “Event” — the activity, show or gathering for which an Organizer sells tickets.

3. Our role — and what we are not

Ticket Hero provides the technology that lets Organizers sell tickets, check attendees in, and report on their events. The Organizer is the seller of record for every ticket and is solely responsible for its event, for the accuracy of event information, for honoring tickets, and for issuing any tax invoice to the buyer.

Ticket Hero is not the seller of tickets, is not the organizer of any event, and is not a party to the contract between an Organizer and an Attendee. Ticket Hero does not hold buyer funds.

4. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or buy a ticket. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@ticket-hero.net if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Buying tickets

Ticket prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and may include fees added by the Organizer. When you buy a ticket, you enter into a contract with the Organizer, not with Ticket Hero. After a successful payment we will make your ticket and order confirmation available to you. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to keep your ticket secure.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Tap, a payment service provider licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), and are subject to Tap's terms. At the point of payment, the purchase price is routed to the Organizer as the seller, and Ticket Hero receives only a per-ticket commission. Ticket Hero does not receive, hold or control the ticket price, and does not store your card details.

7. Refunds, cancellations and changes

Refunds and exchanges are governed by the Organizer's policy for the relevant event, and requests are handled by, or on the instruction of, the Organizer. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Organizer is responsible for deciding on and providing any refund. Where a refund is due, it is returned through the original payment method via Tap. Ticket Hero's commission may be non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by:

• providing false or misleading information;
• buying tickets for resale in breach of an Organizer's rules or applicable law;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or to other users' data;
• interfering with or disrupting the Platform's operation; or
• using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, the Ticket Hero name and logo, and all software, design and content we provide are owned by Ticket Hero or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them without our permission. Content that an Organizer or user submits remains theirs, but you grant us the license needed to host and display it in order to operate the Platform.

10. Third-party services

The Platform relies on third-party services, including Tap for payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Ticket Hero is not responsible for the events themselves, for an Organizer's acts or omissions, or for the quality, safety or delivery of any event. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Ticket Hero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss arising from an event, an Organizer, or a payment processed by Tap. Where Ticket Hero is found liable, its total liability to you will not exceed the total commission Ticket Hero actually received in connection with the ticket or transaction giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ticket Hero against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
